Thanksgiving is 26 November, Black Friday is 27 November and Cyber Monday is 30 November. For most US sellers that long weekend is the biggest of the year, and the run-up has already started: holiday gift guides are going live, ad costs climb the closer you get to the big weekend, and shoppers are saving products to their wish lists now.
The listings that win that weekend are mostly decided in the next few weeks. Buyers compare a lot of similar products very quickly in November, and photos are what they compare first. The good news: you don't need a holiday photo shoot. One clear phone photo per product is enough.

What to make for each product
Aim for four images per product you plan to promote:
- A clean main image on white. Amazon requires it for the main image, and it's what shoppers see in search on every marketplace.
- A holiday lifestyle image. The product under a tree, being unwrapped, on a Thanksgiving table, or in a cozy winter living room. This is what goes into gift guides and holiday collections.
- An ad or social image for Meta, TikTok and Pinterest. Bold, seasonal and built to stop the scroll.
- A detail image showing texture, size or what's in the box. It answers the questions that otherwise become returns.
1. Main images and full listing sets: E-Com Catalog
The E-Com Catalog turns one product photo into a full listing set: a main image plus feature, detail and lifestyle cards, with your product details written in.
Before it makes any card, Oranokai creates one clean, factory-new version of your product, without dust, fingerprints, scuffs or creases. It then checks that version against your photo: the label text must be unchanged, the shape undistorted, the design complete and the colours matching. Every card is made from that clean version, so your product looks identical, and new, across the whole set. If the check fails twice, nothing is made and nothing is charged.
2. Holiday lifestyle images: Automatic, Studio quality
On the Automatic generator, upload your product photo, choose Studio quality (included with every pack) and describe the scene. It follows your words closely, including the person, pose, setting and light, while keeping your product and its label exactly as photographed.

Jewellery, apparel and beauty sell on how they look when worn. A model shot like this one, with the set at its real scale and every stone in place, is exactly what holiday gift guides use.
If you include people and don't describe them, Oranokai casts models suited to the shopper's market. Describe someone specific and it uses your description instead.
Holiday prompts to try:
- "Under a decorated Christmas tree, wrapped in kraft paper with a red ribbon, warm string lights."
- "On a Thanksgiving dinner table with candles, autumn leaves and soft evening light."
- "Being unwrapped by a smiling woman in a cozy sweater, living room with a fireplace."
- "On a snowy windowsill at blue hour, frost on the glass, a warm lamp inside."
Have a look in mind? Studio quality also accepts an optional style reference: upload an ad whose mood you like, and Oranokai adapts its background and overall theme (colours, light, mood) to your product. It never copies that image exactly, and never uses its brand, logo or text unless you ask for it.
3. Ads that stand out: Out of the Box
When you want an image nobody else in your category has, use Out of the Box. Leave the prompt alone and Oranokai works out what your product is about, generates several campaign concepts, picks the strongest and creates it, with the product large, sharp and unchanged. Or describe a bold idea of your own, like "snow and glowing ornaments floating around this product", and it builds exactly that scene.

That perfume came from an everyday photo on a concrete step, with no prompt at all. Out of the Box read the name on the bottle, CHAMPION, and turned it into the idea: a winner's stadium. Every word on the label, the logo and the chrome cap stayed exactly as they are on the real bottle.
4. Motion for TikTok and Reels
A few seconds of motion beats a still image on TikTok Shop and Reels. On the video page, give Veo 3.1 Lite your product photo as the first frame and it animates it, in 4, 6 or 8 seconds.
What it costs
In the US you pay through PayPal: two one-time packs, or a monthly plan for high-volume sellers.
| Plan | Price | Credits | Valid for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $12 | 800 | 6 months |
| Creator | $25 | 1,500, plus 500 bonus credits when you run out | 12 months |
| Ultimate | $35 / month | 2,500 every month; unused credits roll over (up to 2,500) | Renews monthly, cancel anytime |
A Studio quality image costs 25 credits, an Out of the Box image 35, and a catalog card 28. So a Starter pack covers, for example, a full eight-card catalog set for two products plus a dozen holiday lifestyle images. Credits work across every image and video model in your pack, and you can see exactly what each pack can make on the pricing page. Credits are added to your account automatically as soon as PayPal confirms the payment.
If you'll be creating every week through the season, Ultimate is the better fit: 2,500 fresh credits each month, every image and video model with no daily generation cap, 500 Flux Schnell drafts a month, and priority generation. Cancel anytime and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
A six-week plan
- This weekend: list the 5–10 products you'll push for Black Friday. Make a catalog set for each and replace weak main images.
- Early November: add holiday lifestyle images and update listings before gift guides and holiday collections fill up.
- Two weeks before Black Friday: create ad creatives and short videos, and test them in your ads while prices are still lower.
- Thanksgiving week: swap in your "deal" creatives. Your product images are already done, so you can focus on pricing and stock.
A note on AI disclosure
Several marketplaces and ad platforms have their own rules about AI-generated images, and some ask you to disclose them. Check each platform's current policy before you publish. Every example in this post is captioned as AI-generated for that reason.
Good luck this season.
