Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or access has been granted. Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchase.

2. Exceptions — When We Do Refund

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The product is significantly different from its description
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@oranokai.com with your order details and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Custom Services & Commissions

For custom commissions or services, refund terms will be agreed upon before work begins and stated in a project agreement.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in a ban from future purchases. We always prefer to resolve issues directly.
