What Amazon checks in your photos
Resolution
At least 1000px on the short side. 2000px or more looks sharper and scores better.
Background
The main image needs a pure white background (255, 255, 255) with no text, logos or watermarks.
Product fill
The product should fill about 85% of the frame.
File
JPEG or PNG, up to 10MB.
- Other images can be lifestyle scenes, but keep the product clearly visible and accurate.
- Keep the product itself unchanged: shape, colour, logo and packaging should match what you ship.
Marketplace rules change. Always confirm against Amazon's current seller guidelines before you publish.

Questions sellers ask
Can AI make Amazon product photos?
Yes. Oranokai creates Amazon-style images from one product photo, including a main image on a white background. Check each image against Amazon's current guidelines before you publish.
What size should Amazon images be?
At least 1000 pixels on the shortest side, and 2000 pixels or more is better because buyers can zoom in. Oranokai generates images at 2K resolution.
Will my listing be suppressed if the photo is wrong?
Images are one common reason. Amazon can also suppress listings for missing information or restricted keywords. Our guide on suppressed listings covers the most common causes.
